This workshop will help you awaken each morning anticipating what you are creating, rather than worrying about what you fear. It will support you through life's rough and unpredictable changes, such as career, divorce, and grief. Using guided imagery, active imagination, journaling, and other exercises, you will discover practical ways to use creative potential on a daily basis. Also, you will learn practices that can reduce stress and encourage healing.

Because we live on the surface of our minds as well as within unseen depths, we will explore ways to stimulate dialogue between these two aspects of ourselves. This dialogue correlates choice and discovery, firing our imaginations with images consistent with our unique passion and purpose.

Felix Scardino, LCSW, LPC, has practiced as a psychotherapist in Houston for 40 years. In addition to his private practice, Felix counseled patients at St. Joseph Medical Center in Houston.
