Lainie Diamond

5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
$20 ($15 Jung Center members)
per evening

Experience laughter yoga, breathing and play-based movement exercises
practiced for health and wellness. Not in a good mood? No sense of humor? No problem. Laughter yoga is fun, easy to do, and restores joy and psychological well-being. The numerous health benefits include increasing oxygen to the brain and body, resulting in the reduction of stress and a strengthened immune system. There are no difficult contortions or on-the-floor exercises, and no yoga mats or exercise clothing is needed. A concluding guided meditation and talk follows the exercises.
