Writing to Recognize Your Bag of Gold

Popular instructor Sandi Stromberg returns for this exploration of our hidden gifts.

Saturday, January 28
10 am - 1 pm
$60 ($50 Jung Center members)

Step back and think about the experiences that have defined you, about the roads you have taken. Are you living up to your potential? Are you allowing yourself to be available for life's opportunities? Expressive writing in a non-threatening atmosphere allows you to mine the unconscious and gain new insights. Using a series of prompts to inspire you, along with objects from The Jung Center's sandtray collection, you will be invited to write about your experiences and identify your "bag of gold."
