Light Your Creative Fire

Sound, silence, color, and creativity combine in this workshop with Nancy Kern and Cherie Ray.

10 am - 4 pm (1 hour lunch break)
$120 ($110 Jung Center members)

Does your creativity need a tune-up? Using body-centered toning and intuitive painting, sound and color open the door to your creativity and intuition. Paint as freely as a child, without being judged or graded, without inhibitions about your skill, for pure enjoyment. Paint from your inspired, felt sense, not your head. No previous art or toning experience is necessary. Students are encouraged to repeat the class, as it is a new experience every time. Find autonomy and freedom in a comment- and critique-free class.

All materials are provided. We encourage only necessary talk and will have periods of silence. There is time allotted for sharing. Attendees may want to bring a journal. Please bring your lunch; snacks, tea, and coffee are provided.

Nancy Kern is an exhibiting artist and writer whose work references biography, biology, color and light meditations, plant medicine and mind-body-spirit holism.
