Kundalini Yoga and the Body's Energy Centers
Saturday, February 13
1 - 4 pm
Gain valuable insight into the way Kundalini Yoga understands the energy of the human body. In the Kundalini system, the human body is like a musical instrument with strings (Srurs) from the crown of the head (the Tenth Gate) vibrating with energy. This energy cascades like a waterfall and collects in pools or vortices - the Chakras. We will learn about these energy centers and the elements from which we are formed (Tattvas), and we will discover how we can fulfill and enhance our potential.

Optimize Your Mental and Emotional Life with Kundalini Yoga
Saturday, April 10
1 - 4 pm
Explore how Kundalini Yoga can improve mental and emotional life. We often think of yoga as having health benefits -- improving circulation and flexibility, strengthening the heart, and enhancing nutrition. But kundalini yoga practice can also address declining memory and mild depression, and we may discover that it also increases our ability to focus and our experience of creativity and joy.
