Discover this form of self-exploration, rooted in a Jungian perspective, which uses classical music to facilitate a connection with inner resources and wisdom. The Bonny Method can help clarify life issues and promote personal and spiritual growth. Following an historical and philosophical overview of the method, we will move through the four stages of a Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) session: setting an intention, relaxing the body and focusing the mind, traveling on an inner journey evoked by selections of inspired classical music, and integrating the experience through drawing and discussion. No musical or artistic experience is necessary to participate.
