6 - 8 pm
Feb 15: From Center to Periphery
Feb 22: From Periphery to Center
For both classes: $60/$50 Jung Center members

Connect with your center, the inner home represented by the core of the mandala, in this workshop.

Breath-energy (prana, qi, lung) is the unifying force in many of the Tibetan and Indian mind-body practices. Every breath is an opportunity to connect or disconnect. We will explore the relationship between our center (inner home) out to the periphery (our bodies, feelings, and the outside world), and back home.

Through ancient techniques of Hatha and Tibetan yoga, participants will learn practical breathing and meditation techniques that will bring them in touch with their bodies and their "inner home", the center of their mandala.
