Increase your receptivity to new levels of awareness and sensation. Continuum uses breath, sound and imagery in specific sequences designed to invoke the spiraling, undulating wave forms of water, following the insight of Emilie Conrad, who noted that "all living processes owe their lineage to the movement of water."

Once activated, the fluid within us becomes the choreographer, allowing movement to unfold spontaneously and with ease. The sequences are repeated in a 'layering' process that cultivates present moment awareness and assists the release of habitual patterns. We learn to access increasingly subtle, nuanced sensations.

Join us in a movement exploration of our planetary and biological heritage that highlights our universal capacities for curiosity, pleasure, and renewal. This inner journey fosters a connection to the deepest part of our own nature, opening a door to fresh possibilities for our health and creative expression.
