Learn how steadiness, self-kindness, and patience are essential to developing a meditation practice. When we try too hard or believe we simply cannot meditate regularly, we miss the enduring rewards of daily meditation. Through a series of carefully guided explorations (individual and with others), we will learn how to give our minds necessary space and time to rest and reorient, and our confidence in our practice will increase. We will also discover how we can integrate mindful awareness into our actions and interactions throughout the day.
