The Power of Forgiveness: Labyrinth and Mandala

Nancy Kern and Cherie Ray lead this meditative, creatitive workshop on freeing ourselves from the grasp of the past.

Saturday, October 22
10 am - 4 pm (1 hour break for lunch)
$120 ($110 Jung Center members)
Limit: 18

Make peace with the past and let go of wanting it to be different. You will begin at the Rothko Chapel and continue with a walking meditation at a nearby outdoor labyrinth. You will then caravan to The Jung Center to create a mandala. No previous meditation or artistic experience is necessary.

Although all materials are provided, you are invited to bring your journal and any special images or words you may want to include in your mandala. We encourage only necessary talk and we will have periods of silence. This is a comment- and critique-free creative exploration. Time is allotted for sharing our personal and collective experience. Please bring your lunch; snacks, tea, and coffee are provided. For more workshop information and directions to the labyrinth contact Nancy Kern at info@nancykern.com or Cherie Ray at Cherie@trueyoucreativity.com.
