Description  
 

Align your mind, body, and spirit in this yoga class which welcomes every (type of) body and every level of yoga experience. Cultivate practices that support inner peace through aligning body (yoga postures), mind (informal discussion of how stress can be reduced), and spirit (breath awareness through meditation). By experiencing body, mind and spirit working in close cooperation, students can gain a more balanced and integrated approach to living.

 

 
  Amy Robinson, a former corporate manager, began her search for balance and inner peace through the practice of yoga and meditation. She currently works with individuals and groups on integrating body, mind, and spirit. Visit her company's website at www.triuneconsulting.com.
