Description  
 

Experience the restorative and contemplative practice of Hatha Yoga. This system of personal development contains postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to assist practitioners in stilling the mind, developing a more flexible body, and generating an overall sense of well-being. This class is for beginners, but all students of yoga are welcome. Bring a yoga “sticky” mat not exceeding 24x67 inches and a large beach towel.
