Explore the inherent possibilities unfolding in the seemingly disruptive process of change.
Economic uncertainty, a new administration, international upheavals and personal challenges heighten our fears, rattle our securities and announce the dawning of something new…for good or ill. In this class, we will discover the gains to be found in our unavoidable losses and the potential for development toward a more meaningful, interesting, authentic life. Class format will be lecture and discussion with videos and handouts to facilitate our creative process.
