Waking Sleeping Beauty: How to Embrace the Partner Within
Alice Metcalf, LMSW
Wednesdays, 5:45 - 7:15 pm
Feb 9 - Mar 2
$75 ($65 Jung Center members)
Embrace your creative, passionate inner masculine. Many of us have left behind the tendency to define ourselves in relation to the masculine--we are more than simply "our father's daughters." Yet, in some ways, like Sleeping Beauty, are we still waiting for the kiss of the prince, for our real lives to begin? In this class, we will explore deeply our own stories using active imagination techniques and the expressive arts. We will also dig deep into the myths and fairy tales that inform our experiences of the masculine in our lives as women.
