Meditate through movement using Tai Chi Chuan, a Chinese exercise practiced in slow, relaxed, continuous motion. Its theory is based on the Yin/Yang philosophy. In practicing the forms of Tai Chi and breath coordination, you will learn to concentrate on your own mind and achieve physical and mental balance. Tai Chi is a tranquil way to gain vital energies. Instructor permission required for new students to register for second session.
