Have you ever felt a huge emotional charge that resulted in anger, embarrassment, appreciation, or even love? Perhaps you may have felt that others were "pushing your buttons" and you felt helpless to stop the process? Develop strategies to respond rather than react, to make your own choices. Understanding the power of emotions and thought (emotional intelligence) provides us with a powerful tool to better manage ourselves and our relationships. Videos, experiential activities, and dialogue will aid us on this insightful journey.
