Finding Your Flow: How the Inner Process Fuels the Outer Process
Angela Caughlin, LCSW
Four Wednesdays, 5:45 – 7:15 pm
Sept 19 – Oct 10
$90 ($80 Jung Center members)
6 CE hours
What are the limits you have placed on your life? The external self can take you just so far. When you silence the ego, you can become the quiet witness of your powerful internal connections. Journaling, like meditation, develops the quiet, strong, inner voice of the self. This internal voice gives us the insight and power to ask tough questions. Writing our experiences taps into the quiet wisdom of the soul, propelling us forward to experience a new dimension of the self.
Angela H. Caughlin, LCSW, is a licensed psychotherapist, a nationally known speaker, and the author of numerous books, including Journaling Through: Unleashing the Power of the Authentic Self.
