Mondays, 7:30 - 9 pm
Sept 12 - Dec 5 (no class Nov 21)
$270 ($260 Jung Center members)
Explore the mystery, madness, and wonder of life's second half, which often begins unexpectedly and at many different ages. Having learned to "fit in" for survival and approval, we may be compelled to find our truer self, to recover our lost parts, unfold our unique personality, or discover a path not taken. We will look at the cues and common features of mid-life awakenings, the slippery slopes and pregnant possibilities that await us on our journey. Class format will be lecture and discussion with videos and handouts to facilitate our creative process.
Recommended Reading: When the Heart Waits, Sue Monk Kidd; The Middle Passage, James Hollis; The Undiscovered Self, Carl Jung
